SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Information
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within an estimated:
• 2–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Courier delays
• High order volumes
• Public holidays
• Peak shopping periods
• Remote or outlying delivery areas
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays of up to 7 business days may occur.
Shipping Fees
We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:
• Flat rate shipping: R90
• Free shipping: On orders R499 and above
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Additional charges resulting from failed delivery attempts may be passed on to the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the package and contents
This allows us to investigate the issue with the courier as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
